Create a job from a lead in one tap

The short version: Turn a new lead into a scheduled job with one tap — no retyping addresses.

Before you start

You have a lead in the Leads tab. Leads land there automatically from your lead email address.

Steps

Open the lead
Leads tab → tap the lead. The shipper’s name, phone, addresses, and move date are already pulled in from the email.
Tap Create job
One tap turns the lead into a real job — every detail carries over. Nothing to retype.
Assign your crew
Pick who’s on the truck. Crew members only see jobs they’re assigned to, so assign everyone who’s going.
Confirm the date and start time
Double-check the move date from the lead and set a start time. The job is now on the dispatch board.

Lead details look wrong → the email didn’t include them cleanly. Edit the job and fill in what’s missing — once, and you’re set.
No Create job button → that lead may already have a job. Check the Jobs tab first.
