Set up your lead email address

The short version: Give every lead source one email address — inbound mail becomes app leads automatically.

Before you start

Steps

Open More → Lead email
Every company gets its own private lead address, something like abc123@leads.moveclerk.com.
Copy the address
Tap copy. This address is yours alone — don’t post it publicly.
Give it to your lead sources
Paste it into lead providers, your website contact form, or anywhere shippers email you.
Watch leads land in the app
Each inbound email becomes a lead in the Leads tab with the details pulled out automatically — and you get a bell plus a phone push.

Leads aren’t arriving → confirm the sender used your exact address (one wrong character breaks it), and check that the email actually sent.
Junk leads coming in → your address leaked somewhere. Hit regenerate on the Lead email card for a fresh address.
Details look wrong on a lead → the email didn’t include them cleanly. Edit the lead once — it takes seconds.
