Tag a job photo as a document

CrewMoveClerk Help Center · about a 2-minute read · Updated October 2026

The short version: Turn a job photo into a tagged document — your damage-claim backup.

Before you start
  • You’re on a job you’re assigned to.

Steps

  1. Open the job, then Photos

Every job has a Photos section.

  2. Take or pick the photo

Snap it now or choose one from your phone. Get the damage, the label, or the signed paper clearly in frame.

  3. Tag it and add a note

Pick the tag that fits — contract, damage, receipt, ID, or other — and add a short note, like “scratch on dresser, left side”.

  4. Save — your owner is notified

The photo lands in the job’s documents and your owner gets a ping. If there’s ever a claim, the proof is already filed.

If it didn't work

  • Photo won’t upload → check your connection; it will go through when you’re back online. Don’t delete the photo from your phone until it’s uploaded.
  • Tagged the wrong photo → remove it from the job’s documents and redo it.
